What is Concierge?

Concierge is an additional service offered by Facilitiesline that helps you get verified and makes sure you stay completely verified 100% of the time.

What do I get as part of the service?

Rather like a personal concierge, you will have a dedicated Facilitiesline agent whose purpose is to ensure that you stay completely verified 100% of the time.

 

Your dedicated agent will reach out to you when you have sections that are due to expire.

 

We check, review and submit your documents so you don’t have to. Simply email them to your agent.

 

Any updates you submit will be reviewed by a verification specialist within one working hour.

 

Set aside time with your dedicated agent to train your team members on how to use, and get the most from the Facilitiesline platform.

 

How much does the Concierge service cost?

The Concierge service costs £499 per year excl VAT and can be purchased at any time during your membership. If you purchase mid-year, you will be charged a pro-rata amount.
To add Concierge to your account, simply log in to your profile and manage your subscription within your ‘Manage Account’ application.

How long does a bolt-on last?

Our bolt-ons last until your next Facilitiesline renewal date. So, if you add a bolt-on at the same time as you sign up to Facilitiesline or renew your membership, it will last for 12 months. If you add the bolt-on 3 months before your membership is due to renew, the bolt-on will only last for three months. You’ll only be charged for the time that the bolt-on is active, and you can add the bolt-on again at renewal.

What is the price of the bolt-on?

The price of Concierge is £499. This is applied pro-rata, therefore Concierge is less than £42/month.

For example, if you add Concierge to your membership at sign-up, or during the renewal of your membership, this will cost £499. If you’re an existing member and a Bolt-on is added with 3 months remaining on your membership, this will cost £124.75.

Who is eligible to purchase a bolt-on?

Our bolt-ons are available to all of our Supplier members.

Our company has a few memberships, does one bolt-on cover all of them?

No, each bolt-on purchased will cover one Facilitiesline membership. For example, if you work for a large business that has multiple memberships across various divisions or locations, each member would need to have the selected bolt-on added.
